Caminho das Águas no Brasil (The Water Path in Brazil)
The “Caminho das Águas no Brasil ” project is a cultural initiative consisting of the publication of a book, an educational booklet and an audio book. It also includes hosting cultural presentations and a digital exhibition. Its aim is to take the topic into the classroom to highlight Brazil’s abundance of water resources, while providing students with information concerning this natural resource, in addition to encouraging society to participate in initiatives dedicated to environmental and sustainable citizenship.
The project has engaged with public schools in the Rio de Janeiro city, São Gonçalo (RJ), Vitória (ES) and the capital city of São Paulo (SP) throughout 2024 and early 2025.

Hospital Evangélico de Cachoeiro de Itapemirim – HECI (The Evangelical Hospital of Cachoeiro de Itapemirim)
With the support of the Municipal Council for the elderly, the “HECI-Ver” (“HECI-Sight) project – a fresh outlook for the elderly in Cachoeiro de Itapemirim” – seeks to eliminate preventable cases of blindness in this municipality of Espirito Santo state by performing eye surgeries, appointments and tests. The project is on-going and had the support of the Zmax Group in 2024.

Gigantes Sociais de Vôlei de Praia (Social Giants of Beach Volleyball)
With a socioeducational approach, this project encourages beach volleyball activities among children and teenagers in situations of socioenvironmental vulnerability in the Ladeira dos Tabajaras communities in Rio de Janeiro’s Copacabana district. The project’s activities got underway at the end of 2024.
GRAACC - Grupo de Apoio ao Adolescente e Criança com Câncer (Adolescent and Child Cancer Support Group)
Founded in 1991, the Adolescent and Child Cancer Support Group (GRAACC) is the benchmark in treatment and research in child and adolescent cancer, primarily in highly complex cases. The hospital attends to patients from across Brazil, as well as Latin America. In 2024, the Zmax Group supported the on-going “Dietary Monitoring” project that monitors the diet of children and adolescents being treated by the institution.

Social Action: McDia Feliz (Happy Big Mac Day)
Created in Canada and featuring in Brazil since 1988, the McDia Feliz (Happy Big Mac Day) of the McDonalds fast-food chain channels all net income from sales of one of its most popular items throughout the day to institutions devoted to treating adolescent and child cancer, including GRAACC. In 2024, Happy Big Mac Day was held on August 24, and the Zmax Group distributed vouchers so that its employees and their family members could support the campaign.
