All employees and partners of the Group are responsible for knowing and complying with the guidelines established here. The governance of the Sustainability theme of the ZMAX BLUE SHIP Group is managed transversally by the bodies defined below:
The Sustainability Policy is the document that underlies our commitment to sustainable development, covering the broadest dimensions of this concept, considering the assessment of risks and potential impacts, both positive and negative, of the Group’s operations, partnerships, and investments about aspects of governance, environment, human capital, business model, community, and society in general. The ZMAX BLUE SHIP Group is committed to contributing to the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and, within the strategy, eight SDGs were prioritized:
We identify the main stakeholders as those over whom we have significant influence, such as employees, partners, suppliers, the community, public bodies, and the third sector, among others. We hope all stakeholders adopt commitments and conduct similar to the Group, collaborating to promote sustainability throughout the value chain.
We understand that the relationship established with associations and other local and global organizations is extremely important for the ZMAX BLUE SHIP Group, enabling participation in debates and analyses about best practices and existing initiatives in the ESG area.
The provisions above apply immediately to the entire ZMAX BLUE SHIP Group, upon publication of this Policy.
