The ESG Vice-Presidency has established the following Integrated Management System Policy:

• Manage Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) issues, both at sea and on land (offshore and onshore), ensuring compliance with current legislation, customer requirements, and systematic performance improvements, ensuring that QHSE is an integral part of your business, ratified by the commitment of leadership and other employees;
• Provide safe operational practices at bases and on vessels, continuously evaluating the risks measured in the environment of operations and employees, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment, through the prevention of injuries and occupational diseases related to HSE aspects, as well as human behavior, and social factors;
• Stimulate the registration and processing of QHSE-related information, aiming at the control and sustainability of results, in compliance with the principles of protecting the company’s and/or its clients’ assets, as well as promoting continuous improvement processes, in order to improve service performance, envisioning satisfaction and compliance with customer requirements;
• Act effectively to foster a QHSE culture by ensuring the motivation, participation and effective consultation of employees regarding the identification, control, and monitoring of risks related to anomalies that may compromise the physical integrity of the workforce and the organization’s assets;
• Train and engage employees, partners, customers and stakeholders regarding the issues that involve the QHSE, in the activities and services provided, involving third parties and visitors, competent bodies, class representatives and other stakeholders, promoting the continuous improvement of their performance in QHSE;
• Promote actions that reaffirm the commitment to process safety and accident prevention, eliminating hazards and reducing HSE risks;
• Prevent the occurrence of incidents that damage the environment or threaten the health and safety of the communities, protecting their quality of life and that of future generations;
• Promote actions that guarantee the company’s commitment to issues involving the theme of climate change, promoting sustainability in the environmental, social and corporate governance areas of the organization’s business.
