A tireless dedication to the quality and needs of our clients has transformed a traditional EBN (Brazilian Shipping Company) into the largest national group of specialized maritime services.

In 2008, Zemax Soluções was created, focusing on maritime and port support services with customized vessels. The resulting success allowed the inclusion of new activities.

As of 2013, associated to major international players such as Navig8 and Grimaldi, Zemax Soluções started to operate in the ship to ship and long-haul segments. The results were expressive, allowing entry into the area of highly complex offshore projects.

In 2019, the company started to develop, with a highly specialized team, projects for the installation and maintenance of electrical cables and optical fibers along the entire Brazilian coast, for major companies such as Claro, Embratel, Petrobras, ISA CTEEP and Karoon.

To operate in all these segments, effectively and sustainably, a new corporate group structure was created in 2022, composed of autonomous/independent business units, with Zmax Group as its anchor.

The units work in an integrated manner, and depending on each project’s specifications, services may be performed by more than one of our companies.
